My Mercedes B200 wasn't cooling enough. Jagmeet has not only quickly detected the issue but has offered to refil the gas at very nominal prices. Team was also able to help me with my tyres. It took around 90 minutes end to end experience to resolve this. Excellent service with great customer care.

Took my skoda octavia today, had the brake disc shield issue. Sahaij and the team really helped me out, kept me informed about each item and the fix, why they were doing it and also quickly sourced the parts for me the same day. They also found a leak in the shock absorber area and promptly fixed that too. Overall really happy for the service/fixes done and the price charged. Really recommend this garage.

Jagmeet and Harvir picked up my car on Monday, I had a bad scratch down the driver side of my bumper, as well as a few dents and scrapes that needed a quick repair, by wednesday my car was dropped back to me. The guys have done an amazing job. Honestly can't fault them, customer service is second to none. All are so polite and helpful, definitely would recommend them if you need any work done on your car. The service was excellent as well as the quality of work and they were also reasonably priced too. Definitely your first stop for any bumps, scratches, dents or general touch up of your car bodywork or alloy wheels.

After losing a car in a no fault accident, we were looking for a reliable used car for our son to travel comfortably on motorways. We stumbled across a C220 CGI in dark metallic blue with 1 owner and only 45k miles at HR Cars.
We live in South East London and made the trek across to HR Cars because "J" had been very speedy in responding to our request for more info on the Bank Holiday, and he had given us the reassurances that would make the trip worth it.
After viewing the car and taking it for a quick test drive we got into the all expected haggle. "J" was very honest and we settled on a fair price for the car, and drove away the same day.
The following day we discovered what we thought to be some small oil spots in the drive, and also one key was operating intermittently. I contacted "J" who immediately despatched his brother to collect the car from us. Kindness and politeness clearly run in the family.
After just a day, "J" had the car back to us, delivered personally and with a full apology.
It's only day 2, but so far we are super pleased with our new car. Thanks "J" and brother for all your help.

Definitely recommend these guys. Jagmeet is a genuine down to earth guy and tells you how it is which I appreciated a lot. Saw the car on auto trader, test drove (which by the way a lot of people I've spoken to won't let you do unless you're 100% sure you wanna buy it, but you can't know that until you test drive it) and collected later in the evening. Absolutely fantastic team and absolutely faultless service. The whole team helped me when choosing my car and also with the paperwork that came with it. They didn't rush us into buying, and certainly never imposed on us. They simply explained to us the different makes and what they are good for in a confident, knowledgable way. I could not recommend HR cars in Hayes enough. They are absolutely a must go to!

Yesterday, I had a bad experience with another dealer but Jagmeet and his team were the complete opposite. He never rushed us. He offered us refreshments which demonstrates his exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable on cars and you can tell he's experienced from the way he articulated and answered our questions. He was straightforward with us and didn't give us the runaround. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!
